We can read columns such as Company or company_name, and Website URL or website_url. Extra columns are okay.

We separate verified emails from uncertain ones.

Safe emails can become Ready to Email. Catch-all, risky, or unknown results stay in Review. Invalid addresses are rejected. A useful person can still appear in your review even when no safe email was confirmed.

Contact searches check each company separately and verify only a small number of person-specific email candidates.

Check up to three high-yield candidates. Safe can become Ready; catch-all, risky, or unknown stays Review; invalid is rejected.

Contact Rating measures how strong the person/company/role match is. Email Verification Score is separate: in the benchmark, Alix Oudin's person-specific email was Safe with a Reoon score of 98, while SharkNinja stayed in Review because its domain behaved as catch-all.

What is in the download

The CSV or Excel file keeps the evidence — not just an email address.

If no safe email is found, you can still get the person, role, rating, source, and Review status. That lets you decide whether to research the contact manually instead of losing the useful person match.
